It wasn't a lecture, I simply cited the actual harman agreement to point out how untrue this statement is. A clear conscious doesn't provide any legal liability protections, but good luck with that. I am not judging, just pointing out the facts. You pay for the privilege to use the SDK within the scope of limitations provided by the license agreement. This doesn't give you free reign to do whatever you want, by any legal standard. Sorry.
