Hey guys, thanks for creating the issues in GitHub. I will tend to them as soon as possible.
Couple more things I noticed when trying on mobile devices:
Text looks a bit pixelated, and I think that is because AIR for mobile doesn't support anti-aliasing.
First of all, thank you for testing that, that is very helpful!
If AIR on mobile doesn't offer anti-aliasing for rendered polygons, then I guess the only option to prevent jagged edges would be to render them into a texture and use supersampling... which would mean we're back to square one.
In that case we would lose the advantages that using polygons is giving us, unless I'm overlooking something.
And the performance when moving FiretypeStarlingTextField for example in Feathers ScrollContainer is not good. Feathers ScrollText is actually faster then Firetype at the moment.
I would have to look deeper into the current performance, ideally on mobile as well, to make any predictions for this. I will tend to the current open issues first, though.
It would be helpful if you could generate some asdocs
Can do! I will try to upload ASDocs with the next release. I will add detailed descriptions for the functions only incrementally, though.
