OK, this is the second time I've written this since the first time didn't work out.
I want a particle system that:
-Batches particles on the same atlas (less draw calls)
-Pools particles (explosions drop several frames on mobile because of instanciation time)
-Is compatible with the Particle Designer (https://github.com/rickms/Starling-Extension-Particle-System)
-Bonus for supporting unique shaders

I'd expect you to make the particle system public so you get both money and you get the joy and respect of helping out the Starling community.
