App is blinking while input is focused

Hello. Found new strange thing.
Got a feedback about screen blinking in apps when input has focus, without input focus screen blinking disappears.

For example device Xioami Mi A1. Android 9.
It's not 100% info but it can be: on android 8 the user doesn't remember such blinking behaviour.
