FilterMovieClip, adds support for ConvolutionFilters.

Add it to src/starling/extensions/
In Starling.as,in function initializePrograms(), add:
FilterMovieClip.registerPrograms(this);
Usage:
var mc:FilterMovieClip = new FilterMovieClip(atlas.getTextures("name"),30);
mc.blur = 10;
Can be used with TweenLite:
TweenLite.to(mc,3,{blur:10});
You can add your own filters to ConvolutionFilter.as
I recommend using AGAL Helper when writing shaders:

Only supports one filter to be used currently. Would probably be beneficial to have an easier way to add new shaders.
