I just tested it,
Using 'starling. swc' in 'Adobe Animate 2023',
I have confirmed that 'MovieClip' is available,
But in "Adobe Animate 2023", "MovieClip" does not have any "API" code prompts, but it is available, so my current solution is to use "vs code" to write code, use "Adobe Animate" to debug and package

Why not use the '. as' package?
Because the '. swc' package is faster than the '. as' package during debugging,
