Hello, I need help to get up and running with VSCode coming from Flash Develop. Help setting everything up, extensions needed, support files, air sdk configuration, local testing, bundle creation for Google Play, etc.

I've never used either? I'm open to either, I just assumed VSCode due to being a MS product would be the one to use. Are you saying Intellij IDEA is the better choice for me? Thx for replying. And would you be willing to help me migrate to Intellij IDEA? (paid of course). Thx.

yah, I would need hand holding, hence the paid. Someone responded about sticking with Flash Develop, let's see how that goes. That's probably my best bet if that's even possible. Thx.

FD hasn't been supported in a long time, it's almost impossible to find anyone willing to help with it. The last time I updated to an SDK it took a long time, lots of problems, and I just didn't want to go through that again. I still think moving to a supported IDE is the best option, but if I can get FD up and running with the latest SDK, etc, etc, yah...that would be awesome.
