Warning: Failure in Signing Android apk

In june I built and uploaded an aab to the google play store. Now, I'm trying to update my older apps, but I can't even run the apk on my phone cause it's a wrong package due to the 'Warning: Failure in Signing Android apk' error. I don't understand how this could be the case when everything was working fine in June. I don't think I updated my java version, but I've read somewhere it could be caused by a java version that doesn't support RSA-1024 certificates. I'm using Animate CC and latest AIR 52.2.3.4.

I'm using Java version 8 update 371 (build 1.8.0_371-b11).

Hi, isn't Java 8 deprecated in AIR for like almost few years? As long as I remember, Java 11 is the one to go for quite a long time.

Upd: it seems that for new certificates you need JDK 11, for old still JDK 8

That's what I've tried to do. I need a 'private key' built with RSA-1024 p12 file and the 'upload key' built with RSA-2048 p12, but google play no longer provides the encryption key, they provide a .pem file which doesn't work with java 8, and you need to be able to compile the private key. Now, I have no idea what to do to upload my RSA-1024 apps.
