Been searching for a bit, couldnt find a post about it or much info on if its possible to create a mask that doesn't only show or not a pixel based on a threshold (like TexutreMaskStyle) but applies the alpha value of each pixel to the masked object, like good old Flash mask animations.
I guess I could replicate it in Flash and then take the result from there and create a texture, but not sure if its possible to mess around masks too much in code only, I remember there were some limitations.
