In August I provided the test information from my games to the Enhance team, which helped them to add .aab support.
So, when when injecting SDKs into AAB you should select the "enhance-injectable-sdk-androidx" option. I must note, I have tested only IAP, Analytics and Ads integration into my game. I used push notifications long ago in one of my older games, but I haven't updated it to .aab.
Also, after integration, you can double-check, to be sure that everything will work well, and upload .aab to Google Play (before submitting the game to players), and then select App Bundle Explorer -> Downloads -> Signed, universal APK, download the APK to your device and test it.
