Hi.
I'm faced with a rather peculiar issue with Starling 2.6, Air 29. I am using TweenMax to simply rotate a 1044 by 1044 wheel roughly 800 degrees over 25 or so seconds. No matter what, the animation stutters.
So far I have tried just about everything the internet and I have collectively come up with, but the animation doesn't improve. I suppose it has something to do with the size of the image, as everything else in the game runs smoothly at 60 FPS, but the stutter here is painfully obvious.
The (rather short) code in question is:
`CustomEase.create("spinEase", [{s: 0, cp: 0.968, e: 1}]);
TweenMax.to(wheelPicture, rotationTime, {rotation: angle, ease: CustomEase.byName("spinEase"), onUpdate: updateCenterWheel, onUpdateParams: [_direction]});`
Other than that, the object is a single, untouchable image loaded from the same atlas all other textures on the stage are.
