Hello!
I'm always curious about new techs, especially cross-platform solutions. Today, there are more and more options to develop apps once, and publish them to many different platforms. However, there is one amazing feature that seems very unique to AIR: being able to build iOS IPAs on Windows.
I have to admit, I really dislike (and it's an understatement) macOS, and I'm much much more efficient using Windows. So working with AIR has always been a delight, especially when having to create/test/debug iOS apps. I just keep a macOS virtual machine to upload the IPA at the very end of the process.
Most of the SDKs or engines I see require a Mac for iOS development (I know this is imposed by Apple). I was wondering if there were other cool techs that allowed developing for iOS on Windows? Or is AIR really that amazing? 🙂
