What do you have your MinimumOSVersion set to in your application XML? And is this a different value from the minimum OS version used in the ANEs? I believe AIR still defaults to 8.0 if you don't specify that key, and distriqt's ANEs require 9.0 now, so I'd make sure you're using at least 9.0 in your XML.
