I received a complaint from one of my players that, the app is getting freezed with pixelate screen.
Unfortunately, I dont have any screenshots, but the way he described it, seems like the texture from the texture altas didn't work properly & grabbed a portion which was bigger that the actual texture size. The player clearly said there were stacked numbers 1,2,3..... which I have in the texture atlas. When I shared the following screenshot:-
he confirmed by saying that size was big and image was pixelated.
Has anyone face this issue? Does this have anything to do with garbage collector? I have faced similar issue when I use MaxRect algorithm in texture packer, but i checked for this one, I am using basic algorithm.
No errors in the logs... the player is using Samsung Galaxy Tab E.
