Dimensionscape It was not a beta release, it was an update done by Adobe to all users who have Adobe Air on Windows.
Also, shared runtime has been discontinued, on iOS and Android. I was talking about Adobe Air for Windows.
@tuarua The first bug report was on 02/25/2019 (for a beta release) and then they released that beta to production and then replied on 05/18/2019.
@zwetan Unfortunately, like you mentioned, you have to create your own installed cause Adobe doesn't allow you to build and app with captive runtime for Mac or Windows.
@JohnBlackburne I couldn't agree more. Adobe should indeed be very careful not to introduce changed that might break things, especially since most of Adobe Air apps for Mac and Windows use shared runtime.
Glad they reverted to 32.0.0.89 and stopped the updates for 32.0.0.116, but still, all those users who got the update, now have to uninstall .116 and install Adobe Air again to get .89
Most of my clients now have to instruct their application users to do that in order to have a working Adobe Air based app on Windows.
