When you enable Memory Allocation Tracking, you can use that to see what types of objects are being allocated and deallocated in each frame.
Allocated objects are new objects that get created, and you can see the function where it happens (along with the call stack(s) leading to that function).
Deallocated objects are objects that are garbage collected. Unfortunately, you can't see exactly where an object is deallocated because garbage collection doesn't happen immediately when the last reference to an object is removed. However, it can give you an idea of things that could be pooled or reused.
