It has 16 GB of RAM, and the GPU uses 1.5 GB of that. So it seems unlikely to be running out of texture memory, unless you are allocating some really large textures.
I just put it down to dodgy coding in these SDKs. I mean, it’s another "cross platform" SDK like Unity. But HTML/JS is just one of the platforms, and not the most important.
So a lot less work has gone into HTML/JS export, or is going into it. Few developers use it, so bugs get assigned a low priority and never fixed. If they get reported at all – I see many JS games that don’t work, but I don’t normally report problems, I just close the browser window and try something else.
