Thanks for your reply Josh.
I saw similar mentions of GDPR for AIR 31, and I'm trying this out with AIR 32.
Interestingly I have yet to spot an actual network call go through but I haven't monitored all of the network traffic for a long time either - it may be I've just not hit the circumstances under which Google Analytics actually sends the data.
I also don't know for sure that
AdobeAIRMainActivity is used, the whole thing could be dead code as you said, or simply an activity that's only triggered in very specific circumstances which I'm not using.
If it is an activity that's used I'm pretty sure the analytics is getting hit.
We have a method to set up the tracking...
private Tracker getTracker()
if (this.mTracker == null)
localObject1 = GoogleAnalytics.getInstance(this);
this.mTracker = ((GoogleAnalytics)localObject1).newTracker("UA-54849355-1");
Object localObject1 = this.mTracker;
...and in onCreate it gets used...
public void onCreate(Bundle paramBundle)
this.mCtx = this;
paramBundle = getTracker();
startService(new Intent(this, ShakeListenerService.class));
startActivity(new Intent(this, StaticPageActivity.class));
