App not working when Force 4x MSAA is enabled

Hello guys,

I have an app that has direct render mode and when I enable "Force 4x MSAA" and then restart the app, I get the infamous error "Context3D not available...". Could someone explain why AIR apps are not able to take advantage of that performance enhancer?

It appears that "Force 4x MSAA" is one of Android's hidden developer options. With that in mind, it's good to remember that this setting is meant to be used by developers during testing, and not for every day use. It's not surprising to me that enabling some things in the developer options could break apps, no matter if they use AIR or are fully native.
