I was a big fan of MilkmanGames' ANE: I thought they were efficient and the support was great, at least a few years ago. But recently I purchased a bunch of new ANE, including the GoViral one. I had quite a few issues with it, and at first they provided some test builds that fixed some bugs (they are still not public, it seems). But there are still some features that don't work properly (for example HTML emails on Android).
At the beginning, they replied to my requests, but they eventually gave up as they probably don't have a fix to provide. I didn't harass them in any way, I sometimes waited for weeks for a reply, and I always tried to be constructive and provide useful information (I know user support can be a pain at times). But it seems they just gave up on me. Maybe they are now committed to other projects, at least that's how it feels from this side of the fence.
If it didn't require so much work, I'd now switch to Distriqt ANE ecosystem, as I heard a lot of good things about them, and their offer is very rich. ANE are strongly linked to the platform they give access to, and require constant upgrades, so I think that trusting an ANE provider is very important. I'll probably do the switch eventually.
