"Earthquake effect" in the Chrome Fullscreen

Hello!
Few days ago we found strange problem in the Google Chrome. When you enter to Full Screen mode all objects are shaking like Earthquake. The same problem we also found in all gamees which are using Stage3D ( FarmVille 2 f.e )
Also we found that problem do not affect all computers with Google Chrome.

Does anyone found the same problem and what we can do with this?

I go fullscreen with my game using Starling and nothing like that seems to happen. There's no other logic in your game that may be causing this?

This bug is not related to my code. This problem mostly related to Stage3D. As i said i see the same effect in the Zynga game FarmVille 2, also the same problem i see in other Facebook gamese which are using Stage3D or Starling. My own game have the same problem. Every object is shaking like Earthquake, but the main strange problem that some of computers with Google Chrome do not have this issue. For example your Google Chrome have not this problem. In our office 50% of computers have this shaking effect.

Reduce framerate a bit. I had same shake-screen issues on Chrome.
Solution seems to be detecting a pepper plugin and reducing frame rate to f.e. 50fps.

Starling.current.nativeStage.frameRate = is_pepper ? 50 : 60;

I also got this trouble on Windows machine, as I know a pepper plugin suitable for linux os.

You may try change browser scale to 90%.

Our team found decision this problem. All you need is just add 1px to backBuffer height. And why it works you can read there

what is backBuffer height? can you show us a full example?

We noticed this issue occurrs after reloading our app's page for a number times.
