I had it disabled, so there was no way to enable the NPAPPI version. Another thing is, there seems to be no debugger version of PEPPER, at all.
Anyway, the error I was needing to debug only happened with PEPPER, not with NPAPPI.
The error happened when trying to use the AssetManager, I say the error because I think it was an error, no pop-up message to confirm though.
In other words, the assets I was trying to load using the PEPPER version of Flash never ended or a error was quietly thrown. As soon as I enabled the NPAPPI version I could see the assets without problem.
If this is truly an error, I hope they fix it when they remove the NPAPPI verson for good in Chrome 45. Now the latest version is 44.
