[RELEASE][Free][iOS][Android] Zen Koi - Breed and Collect Koi!

Hey guys!

We recently launched Zen Koi! 😜

Zen Koi is a koi simulation game that provides you with a relaxing, Zen-like experience rearing ornamental Japanese carp. You can get your Koi to chase down other prey, breed with other Koi and eventually transform it into a dragon! There are lots patterns and color combinations to collect, and you can also swap Koi with your friends to complete your collections!

It was built using Starling, Feathers UI and DragonBones.

Not my kind of game, but I have to compliment the graphics, they look really nice. And I want to complain about the performance a bit - game was running smoothly at the beginning, but started to slow down and drop frames when the pound got bigger and more creatures appeared.

We will definitely continue optimizing for performance, but may I know what device you were running the game on?

Ah, sorry, forgot about it 🙂 It's Samsung Galaxy S4 with the most recent OS version. But I have to say, my phone's overall performance went down after I updated the OS, so maybe it does affect your game as well.

I'm proud to say that this game is currently being featured on the Google Play Store (probably until Friday).

It had also been featured on the Apple App Store in end April.

So once again, a big thanks to the authors and contributors of Starling, Feathers, Dragonbones, various ANEs, and those who've helped me in the forums, without which the game won't be what it is now. 🙂
