I'm trying to decrease the draw count in my starling game, so I put all the textures (including the bitmap font) in the same texture atlas.
I have a simple Sprite composed of a Image and a TextField: why does it take 2 draw's to draw it ? If I add another TextField the draw count increases to 3. If afterwards I flatten() the Sprite the draw count decreases back to 2...
Why does this happen ? Shouldn't be possible to batch an Image and a TextField in a single draw operation ?
