I am using citrus engine + box2d + dragon bones.
So I want to create body for each bone and update body position and rotation
accordingly to bones. How I can acquire bone position and rotation that I can set for box2d body?

If you use Starling, try this:
var dObj : Image = bone.display as Image;
dObj.transformationMatrix.tx; // instead of 'dObj.x'
